Para el caso del agua, corresponde aproximadamente a 100°C.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La electrolisis también desprende burbujas, pero en este caso es Hidrógeno y Oxígeno. El fenómeno de electrolisis se consigue colocando dos electrodos dentro de un recipiente con agua y aplicando voltaje a los electrodos. Ésto generará una corriente eléctrica que disociará el agua.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En cambio, en la ebullición que expliqué al comienzo, las burbujas son sólo agua, pero en forma de vapor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero haber respondido a tu pregunta.
